Students can get more information about this program through his state’s Board of Regents (BOR) or through ta certain college registrar’s office. States that have implemented this kind of tuition exemptions include Florida, California, Arizona and Wisconsin.

Both parents and students must realize that many states have programs that allow residents to study in other states, without paying out-of state fees. So, make a  research on the university you’re interested in and ask about any available programs that gives discounts. Also, if you gain scholarships, most schools will waive nonresident fees.
